You're right, Xmas feels normal. My only abnormality was sleeping at home overnight. Though I will be doing that right before my wedding too. Rehearsal night we agreed to spend at home, wedding night in a hotel room.
As I get older more of my presents are practical but I'm grateful. When I was little I hated getting clothes. Now I'm happy I don't have to buy them myself.
